As a transpersonal clinical hypnotherapist and coach, I specialize in helping clients break through challenges, create new choices, and make exciting life changes. With a focus on trauma healing, personal and spiritual development, I am passionate about empowering individuals to break free from codependency and become empowered empaths.

I am a certified QHHT and IEMT practitioner and have extensive training in transpersonal psychology, hypnotherapy, and coaching.

As a proud member and board member of the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all of my clients.

Additionally, I am a Southwest Institute of Healing Arts alumni with certifications in mind-body wellness, integrative healing arts, and spiritual coaching.
