I have been drawn to holistic approaches to healing for many years, starting with aromatherapy and essential oils. From there I started educating myself and learning all the ways we can heal naturally. I found my passion and was always so excited to share my knowledge with others. However, at the time I had a hard time homing in on what it was I really wanted to do with all the information I had been stockpiling. While recovering during 2022 after a health scare, I decided I needed to dig deeper into myself to realize my true calling. Thankfully, I was called to Integrative Healing which encompasses modalities such as transpersonal hypnotherapy, life/mindset coaching, NLP, EFT, and more. I believe that by addressing the whole person, growth and healing can happen quickly with long lasting results.

During our first session together, we will spend time discovering what your needs are. We will also explore different aspects of your life to get to the root of your concerns, and we will work out the best course of action for you to reach your goals. You will experience hypnotherapy, or a guided meditation, to help ease you into how the rest of your sessions will go. You can expect to leave our first session feeling relaxed and feeling good about the next steps in your journey.
